Guided Walk of Tirana
This engaging journey through Tirana’s history, culture, and colourful present starts at Skanderbeg Square.

Visit of the Ethem Bey Mosque
The Mosque is known for its original murals, atypical for an Ottoman architecture, containing ornaments such as waterfalls, drawings of other mosques and not just floral motifs. Near the mosque stands the clock tower, Tirana’s symbol.

Visit of the Resurrection Cathedral
It is one of the largest Orthodox churches in the Balkans, combining Byzantine and modern architecture.

Travel through time at the “Women’s Museum”.
The visit of this attraction represents a travel through time in the discovery of the role of women in the Albanian society and family.

Guided walk through the main boulevard up to “Postblloku”
Strolling along the main boulevard, you’ll reach the Memorial to Communist Isolation, and the country’s political prisoners who suffered under that regime. It is made up of three main elements including one of the small concrete defensive bunkers that litter the country, several concrete supports from the mine at the notorious Spaç labour camp and a brightly painted section of the Berlin Wall from Postdamer Platz.

Walk to the St. Paul Cathedral
The modern cathedral is adorned with statues and glass art portraying Mother Teresa, Pope John Paul II, and the figures of the priests tortured under communist reign, highlighting Albania’s religious resilience.
Just steps away stands one of the Balkans’ largest mosques, inaugurated in 2024.

End the tour at the Tirana Castle
The final stop is Tirana Castle, originally a Byzantine-era fortress and now a vibrant cultural hub filled with cafés, shops, and social life.
